In Rotterdam there’s a tradition of seamans-churches to organize Christmas-markets. And being a typical harbourcity, Rotterdam has a lot of seamans-churches (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, British and so on). Yesterday we went to the ‘Julemarked’ of the ‘Dansk Sømandskirken’. It’s a 5 minutes walk (with Kate about 15 minutes) and they sold self-knitted sweaters, christmastree-decorations, books and cakes & sandwiches. We had a coffee with ‘Krengle’, a pastry, and joined the Tombola. Unfortunately, no prices…
